A yoga teacher of mine, Sam Rao, said that if there was one move that he would recommend above all others, it would be the sun salutation.
He told us “Even if all you did was a few Sun salutation moves first thing in the morning, the difference to your health would be very noticeable.”
I couldn’t agree more! I think the greatest pension scheme you could have, involves adding yoga into your life on a regular basis. It doesn’t have to be everyday but a little practice goes a long way.
